Not to mention, it effectively destroyed the thriving medical cannabis industry CA had. When 2/3 of the state is allowed to opt out of regulating cannabis businesses in their counties/cities, you end up with a majority of the state still treating cannabis as a crime. Seems counterintuitive, no?

A lot of good people got fooled into voting for a proposition that destroyed their livelihoods instead of protecting them.
